The Daydreamer Releases 10-31-16

steam-train-512508_1280-3It’s official. My new book, The Daydreamer, is set to release on 10-31-16. Like last time, it will be an e-book.

Tell your friends, tell your enemies…you can even tell the apparitions lurking in the darkest corners of your attic or in the cobwebs of your mind. Cliche, I know but I had to.

If you have read any of my other work, you just may find an Easter egg or two. Keep your eyes peeled.

Until then, feel free to view the book trailer.

The Daydreamer, by January Rain, releases 10-31-16. Submerge yourself into a world where creative thought is nearly lost where two longtime friends must escape exploitive military experiments or die.

Sleep tight for me!

WHO IS MR. G?

“The General stood, realizing his prosateur was about to begin typing again, and walked back to his position in front of the bookshelf, but directly behind Mr. G. As he passed by the mirror, the General cocked his head slightly with surprise as he noticed he had no reflection. Contemplating the oddity, he simultaneously caught a glimpse from the corner of his eye of what appeared to be an unfinished manuscript haphazardly placed on the shelf. It had a black, leather-bound cover with a label barely taped to the spine that read: “The Imperative Cosmological Paradigm Shift.”

Just down the road

Where the East wind blows

Sits a house

Where no one dare go

A secret hidden

Beneath the vines

Draws you in, to your confines

A curse coursing through your veins

No harm has been done

Pleasure is the absence of pain

In the witching hour

He led you down

Where he did devour

Your last

Dying sound

He lust upon your pain

And said

Choose your poison

It’s all the same

The only difference

Is the name

A top a hill

Near the River

Is where you’ll meet your fate

Beyond the mortar breathes deaths last whisper

Under enchantment

It’s

Too

Late

In the witching hour

He led you down

Where he did devour

Your last

Dying sound

He lust upon your pain

And said

Choose your poison

It’s all the same

The only difference

Is the name
